What payment methods do you accept?
The office accepts cash, personal checks, Venmo, credit cards and debit cards.
What does an initial consultation cost?
The office offers an introductory consultation fee. A consultation does not obligate you to continue with the office. The initial fee may be used or credited toward a retainer if you continue with a legal relationship. Call to discuss the fee for your matter.
What documents are included in a will package?
A will package includes an advance directive, durable power of attorney, and last will and testament, with an original and one copy of each. Individual and married-couple packages are available; a couple’s package includes these documents for each person.
Can you review a will prepared by another office?
Yes. Bring your original last will and testament to your consultation so the attorney can discuss updating your plans.
Are there any current discounts?
Call the office to ask about current offers. If you have a coupon from Community Connection or Hometown Magazine, bring it to your initial consultation.
Can I discuss changing the names on a deed?
Yes. Bring your original deed to the consultation. If a spouse has passed away, bring a death certificate. If you want to add a person’s name, bring a copy of their license. The office can discuss your circumstances and next steps.
